Rolex and Exclusively Diamonds History

It all started with a passion for jewelry. While working as a special education teacher in Minnesota, Sally Nelson began selling jewelry out of an attaché case on her dining room table. In 1980, our first location opened when Sally developed a devotion for providing clients with luxury jewelry products. In 1980, Exclusively Diamonds opened its doors on the fourth floor of the historic Matt J. Graif office building in downtown Mankato. In the mid-80s, Sally’s daughters, Betsy and Sarah, joined their mother at the store. The early 90s brought big changes to the store. Betsy married and moved out of town and Sarah had two children who spent their first 10 months in the store. As the store continued to evolve and expand, Sarah decided to relocate the store to 1660 Tullemore Street where the brand expanded and grew for almost 20 years. In partnership with Sarah’s daughter, Maria Brown, Exclusively Diamonds has evolved into Southern Minnesota’s luxury destination.

‭In the fall of 2018, Exclusively Diamonds moved our showroom to 1601 Adams Street in Mankato, Minnesota. Striving for superior quality, Exclusively Diamonds became an Official Rolex Jeweler in 2003. We proudly serve the Manako community as well as surrounding areas including Saint Peter, New Ulm, Waseca, Fairbault, Owatonna, Northfield, Albert Lea, Chaska, Shakopee, and Belle Plaine.
