Adam and I went to Exclusively Diamonds to look at engagement rings together two weeks before our vacation to South Carolina. Our amazing sales associates (Andrea and Carrie) told us they could typically get rings completed in 4-5 weeks. At this point, I had no idea Adam was thinking of proposing on our trip! We visited ED on a Saturday afternoon and he contacted Andrea & Carrie the following Monday asking if there was any way to get the ring complete before our trip. ED went above and beyond and created my dream engagement ring in two short weeks before we left for our trip. We flew to Charleston and I had no idea what was about to happen!
 We ended our trip in Hilton Head, SC. Adam and I love to golf, and we were playing our last round together. We were paired with another couple who had been married for 20+ years and we were all having a blast. We pulled up to the sixth hole with a gorgeous view of the ocean, and when I got up to putt on the green, Adam got down on one knee and proposed! I looked up and our new friends were taking pictures and cheering us on. Turns out they knew the whole time (the pro shop told them when they checked in) and could hardly contain their excitement. It was a special day with shared with so many kind and helpful people along the way. I was absolutely surprised and the ring was everything I hoped for and more (I can’t stop staring at it!). Even on short notice, ED was able to include a ruby inside the band of the ring in honor of my mom’s wedding band.
