I have the fortunate luxury of my wife’s birthday being 4 days before Christmas. We were engaged on her birthday so it’s always a special day to us. This year I knew I wanted to her get something with those nice white sparkly things that women love. After checking a few places in the mall I really didn’t feel confident that any of the sales people were being very helpful. Notice I didn’t say that they didn’t have anything that I liked. I didn’t feel that they could relate to the special gift I was looking for and the “uniqueness” of what I had in mind. So I decided to head to Exclusively Diamonds and see what I could find there. Sarah Person the store’s owner helped me herself and her first question to me was “What special occasion are you looking for something for?” After telling her that I was looking for something special for my wife and the price range I had in mind she was able to show me 3 different options of rings and I was able to find the one that “represented” exactly what I was looking for. I decided on the ring and Sarah did a great job of wrapping the ring to look as if it was a gift for royalty (which it was of course). What impressed me most with my experience is that Sarah made me feel special. I felt like I was buying a Rolex and she treated me as if I was buying one. My wife’s experience of getting her gift was exactly what I was looking to give her. This is what business owners need take note of across the area. Purchasing items is all about “The Experience”. It’s the experience you tell others about not just the product that you leave with. When the time comes to purchase that Rolex I know where I am heading!

I came to Exclusively Diamonds to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. My mother recently passed away leaving me her wedding ring. I knew I wanted to wear her diamond but needed to reset it in something for my right hand. My husband went to Exclusively Diamonds for my engagement ring and told me what an amazing job they did with helping him out. I just love our wedding bands. I was able to get what I really wanted at a very nice price. Not only that, but I was able to see my rings at anytime and my husbend found what he wante. We even were able to keep out rings at the store until we needed them. They also called and sent us cards for sales and update and for cleanings. I went to
them because my friend purchased her rings there as well and was also very happy.

I went to a mall store to purchase my girlfriends engagement ring - what a mistake. It took 3 weeks for them to size her ring so she couldn't wear it right away and when we got it back a diamond fell out. She was so disappointed. We stopped in to Exclusively Diamonds on a Saturday to see if they could fix the problem for us since we were not going to set foot in the original store I purchased the ring from and they were so helpful. We ended up learning about why the diamonds fell out and about the difference in quality. They stayed with us after hours until we found a ring we could reset her center diamond in. They had a person there to set the diamond so she got her ring that day. I can't tell you how great Exclusively Diamonds is to work with and I learned my lesson. I won't go anywhere else for jewelry! They do free cleaning and checks on your jewelry as well as doing jewelry repair right in the store. You always have the option of upgrading your pieces as well. Do not get fooled by cheap mall sales with low quality! This is the only place to entrust your jewelry needs. You will not find this quality, service, and affordability anywhere in the Mankato area. You might even make friends with the staff! They are so great and will work with you on whatever you need or want!
